Michelle Rybus has been promoted to the position of marketing coordinator/landscape lighting for Cleveland-based Kichler Lighting Group. Her primary responsibility will be developing and coordinating the landscape lighting division’s marketing programs. She began her career with Kichler more than five years ago as an administrative assistant for the landscape lighting division. Kit Bolliger has been named national sales manager for the Home Decorative Lighting Accessories division of Pompano Beach, Fla.-based AF Lighting. With more than 10 years of experience in the home furnishings field, she is directing a rep sales force targeting furniture, lifestyle, home accent, and chain retailers. Most recently, Bolliger was national sales manager at Padma’s Plantation; she had also served as sales and marketing manager at Oriental Accent. Stamford, Conn.-based Verilux®, Inc. has announced the addition of Candelin Wahl as marketing director. In this newly created position, Wahl will oversee the development of new and existing marketing initiatives from the company’s office in Waitsfield, Vermont. She has six years of experience in advertising and communications as a consultant specializing in product innovation and marketing. The company has also named Ann Right to its human resources department. In this position, Right will be recruiting, hiring, and coaching top talent to meet the development needs of the company. Ryan Barrier has been appointed regional sales manager for Los Angeles-based Intense Lighting. Barrier has 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the field of lighting design. Butler Specialty Co., an accent furniture maker based in Chicago, has added several key personnel: John Faig as director/product development; Monty Sihweil as director/account development; and Linda Gonnell as director/marketing services. Allen Severance has been named Midwest regional sales manager of Philadelphia-based Westinghouse Lighting Corporation. His new duties include managing key accounts in the Midwest and Northeast. Prior to joining the company, Severance was the western district sales manager for Intermatic, Inc. White Plains, N.Y.-based George Little Management, LLC has announced several staff changes related to the California Gift Show® at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Andrea Casanova has been named divisional manager of Fashion Accessories; she holds a similar post for Handmade®. Amy Kasper, divisional manager for At Home and Stationery Etc., has added Outdoor Elements to her duties. Sonia Mansfield has been promoted to divisional manager of Just Kidstuff® and Resort, Souvenir, and Licensing. Each will be responsible for day-to-day sales, marketing, and management.

Rockscapes, LLC, based in Chatsworth, Calif., has appointed five new sales organizations in Florida to represent its complete line of commercial and residential landscape lighting products: Anderson Lighting in Naples; Architectural Sales & Illuminations in Jacksonville; Gulf Lighting in Clearwater and St. Petersburg; Landreth and Associates in Orlando; and Southeast Florida Lighting in Miami. High Point-based Lady B. Goode has appointed four additional rep agencies. Sutton Sales of Boardman, Ohio will represent Ohio; Sites & Sites of Lynwood, Wash. will represent Washington, Oregon, and northern Idaho; and Cindy and Aaron Lesser of Parker, Colo. will represent Colorado. Mary and Nathan Dickinson of My House showroom at the L.A. Mart will now feature the Lady B. Goode line.
